We want you to love your Muru Jewellery pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-personalized items. Please ensure that all returned jewellery is unworn and remains in its original branded packaging to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original Muru gift box and secure it within a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Muru

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
